2 cups Water
4 oz. Pimento
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes (*optional)
1 ½ tsp. Sea salt
½ tsp. Onion powder
½ tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Cumin
3 Tbsp. Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour
¼ cup Soaked Cashews or Blanched Almonds
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Spicy Cheese sauce instructions:
Blend until smooth. Cook 5 – 6 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Chill. Can be frozen. Makes 3 cups.”
