2 lbs. Firm Tofu (4 cups)
¼ cup fresh Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Coconut Sugar
1 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Sea Salt
4 tsp. dried Basil Leaves
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes (*optional)
Ricotta Style Filling Instructions:
Drain tofu. Mash thoroughly with hands or a potato masher. Mix with remaining ingredients.
Yields 4 cups.
