1 cup Cashews
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes (*optional)
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
4 oz. Pimentos
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp. Celery Seed
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
¼ cup Gluten free Rolled Oats (optional)
1 cup Water
Cheddar Cheese Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. For thicker cheese, add ¼ cup of rolled oats to blender. Place in a pot, cook on med temperature, use a wire whisk to stir, continue stirring, for the cheese has a tendency to stick. Cool and refrigerate.
Variation: For sharp cheese add 2 Tbsp. more of lemon juice.
