Millet Carob Pudding

3/4 c HOT Water
1/2 c Dates
2Tb Carob Powder
1Tb Natural Almond Butter
2tsp Postum (instant coffee substitute)
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1c Millet – COOKED
1Tb Coconut, shredded and unsweetened

DIRECTIONS
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN VITAMIX
(food processor or blender is fine)
Poor into serving dishes and CHILL.
Yummy 🙂

COOK MILLET ~ 1 cup dry millet / 1qt water
boil (or put in steamer) for 40 minutes
Yields: 4cups cooked millet

Serving Size:YIELDS: 4 SERVINGS
