Ginger Zinger Dressing

1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight

1/2 cup sesame seeds soaked overnight

Small piece of fresh ginger, about the side of the end of your index finger or fingernail or larger if desired

Juice of one medium fresh squeezed lemon or lime

1 tsp coriander 

1 Tbsp onion powder

1/2 to 1 tsp of sea salt

A pinch of cayenne pepper


Blend ingredients in a high powered blender and mix with salad of choice
