1/2 cup unpasteurized/raw Honey
1 cup Raw Nut (almond is very good) Butter
1 or 1.5 cups Raw Carob Powder
1 cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Raw Shredded Coconut
1⁄2 cup Raw Sesame Seeds
Mix all ingredients together very well, and press into a 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares and chill.
